DAILY MUSCLE PERFORMANCE,
CONDITIONING AND TRAINING

  1. Apply [pH]UEL 5.0™ Foam 15 minutes prior to workout.
  2. Apply 4 pumps (2 pumps at a time) and briskly rub into skin over the entire muscle group (origin to insertion) until absorbed. Repeat on each separate muscle group (Ex.: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves, Forearms, etc.)
  3. Repeat this protocol on all training and conditioning days.

ACUTE SPASMS AND/OR RE-FIRE

At the time of spasm immediately apply 3-4 pumps of [pH]UEL 5.0™ Foam directly to the skin over the local­ized area of the spasm. Rub vigorously into the skin until dry. If spasm has not subsided within 2 minutes re-apply.


GENERAL APPLICATION FOR DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS (DOMS)

That evening, apply the above protocol to the targeted muscle group(s) trained that day. The following day, re-apply in the morning, afternoon and evening.

* If the athlete is training daily apply [pH]UEL 5.0™ Foam before training, after training and before bedtime or as needed.
