Adults and children 2 (two) years and older: To relieve an acute muscle cramp, use a single towel to rub or massage solution into the entire affected muscle group (from origin to insertion) until solution. Repeat with 2nd towel to prevent recurrence.
For any other muscle group in need of prevention therapy, apply using 1-2 towels as needed.
May be used as an adjunct to daily training or therapy. Apply as often as needed.
